Bookmecheapest LLC acts as a travel agency and facilitates flight bookings on behalf of customers. We are not an airline or the provider of any travel services. By agreeing to these terms, the customer acknowledges that Bookmecheapest LLC is not responsible for any changes, delays, cancellations, or disruptions to the flight itinerary.

The customer acknowledges that during the phone conversation with our agent, it was clearly communicated that Bookmecheapest LLC is a travel agency and not an airline. Therefore, any misunderstanding or assumption by the customer that we are an airline is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Bookmecheapest LLC will act as the authorized representative of the customer to communicate with the airline, make amendments or cancellations to the booking, and make any necessary new flight bookings. The customer hereby authorizes Bookmecheapest LLC to act on their behalf for these purposes.

The customer understands and agrees that the total charges mentioned in this document include any applicable fees for the services provided by Bookmecheapest LLC in facilitating the flight booking.

Changes, cancellations, or amendments to the flight booking may be subject to airline policies, availability, and additional fees. Bookmecheapest LLC will make reasonable efforts to assist the customer in such cases, but cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results.

Any refunds, compensation, or claims arising from the flight booking are subject to the airline's terms and conditions. Bookmecheapest LLC will provide assistance in processing such requests, but the final decision lies with the airline.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during the booking process. Bookmecheapest LLC will not be liable for any issues or costs arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Bookmecheapest LLC's working hours are Monday to Friday from 11:30 am to 8:30 pm Pacific Standard Time (PST). During these hours, our customer service representatives are available via phone at the provided contact number.

Outside of our regular working hours, including weekends and off hours, customer support is only available via email, WhatsApp, or chat. Please allow for potential delays in response times during these periods. We will make every effort to respond to inquiries as soon as possible.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the names, dates, flight numbers, airlines, routing, and airports are all correct, and there are no discrepancies. If there are any discrepancies, please call us within 12 hours of making the booking to make corrections.

In case of any discrepancy and any kind of amendment is needed, please feel free to contact us at (1-888-606-0159) or by email at ([email protected]), a domain owned by Bookmecheapest LLC, within 12 hours, and we will be happy to assist you.

Once the twelve hours deadline is over, we shall consider the booking you have made to be acceptable to you. We do not assume any liability after that for any discrepancy in your booking. Please note that tickets are completely non-refundable and non-changeable after 12 hours of the booking. However, we will do our best to accommodate your request for changes after the 12-hour period, but we cannot guarantee availability, and any changes may incur additional costs.

For bookings with travel dates within 7 days, please be aware that they are completely non-refundable and non-changeable once the booking is made. In this case, the 12-hour rule does not apply. We will make every effort to accommodate your requests, but it ultimately depends on the airline's policies and availability.

Prices are not guaranteed until tickets are issued. We usually deliver tickets within 12 hours of you making a booking. In case you do not receive your e-tickets within 24 hours, please reach out to your agent or our customer service team.

The confirmation number shared on this email may change. The booking process is not complete until you have received an e-ticket number.

You agree to authorize the ticket issuer to charge your credit/debit card number for the amount mentioned above.

These tickets are booked in the basic economy unless otherwise specified.

We will do our absolute best to confirm all service requests such as seat requests, meal requirements, wheelchair access, or baggage claims; however, we do not guarantee the availability of these services as they are at the airline's discretion.

If your flight gets cancelled due to COVID-19, the airline will either provide a credit of the total ticket cost for future travel or you may be refunded the full amount to the original form of payment.
